I ordered your program just last week and was actually afraid to look at it the first day, for fear that it wouldn't work. I am someone who has had panic and anxiety about 4 or 5 times in my life. The first time was when I was 18 and then it would seem to pop up again randomly every few years. My attacks would also be very intense but they'd typically last between 4 to 6 months at a time and then they'd go away. I'm 34 now and
hadn't had a panic attack in about 4 years until last month, BOOM, out of nowhere!

I thought that this time I was done. I couldn't understand how it had come back as I thought I was done with them forever! I know so
much about panic and anxiety that I became extremely confused when it hit me this time. I thought to myself "how the hell am I gonna get out of this now?"

Fortunately, I decided to give your program a shot and I must say that it was money well spent! What surprised me most is that I actually KNEW this method and have been applying it EVERY time I overcame my anxiety previously. However, I never consciously REALIZED that this was what I was doing! I always thought that I'd just given up and that the anxiety would just go away on its own....I didn't realize that I was actually ALREADY doing the One Move technique! Thank you so much for articulating the solution in this simple, easy program! I have some leftover anticapitory anxiety and some obsessive thinking to deal with, which I'll see a psychologist about, but I must say that Im about 95% better than I was last week!
